The Commonwealth of Virginia, To the Sheriff of Accomack County, Greeting: We Command You that you summon Parker Bayne, free negro, to appear before the Justices of our County Court for the said county, on the first day of the next term, to answer an information exhibited in our behalf against the said Parker Bayne on a Presentment of the Grand Jury, for remaining in this Commonwealth more than twelve months after his right to freedom accrued, he have been emancipated since the 1st day of May, eighteen hundred and six. and have then there this writ. Witness, Thomas R. Joyner, Clerk of our said County Court, at his Office, on the 13th day of November 1832, and in the 57th year of the Commonwealth. J. J. Ailworth Dy for Tho. R. Joynes C. C.
