(CERTIFICATE FOR FELONY NOT BAILED.) CITY OF RICHMOND, to wit: To the Clerk of the Hustings Court of said City. I, Joseph Mayo Mayor of the said City, do hereby certify, that I have this day committed Siana Cambell to the jail of the said City, that she may be tried by the Hustings Court of the said City for a felony by her committed, in this, that on the 1st day of January in the year 1864, at the City of Richmond, and within the jurisdiction of the Hustings Court, of the said City, she did feloniously take steal and carry away, divers paper writings of value for the payment of money commonly called Confederate treasury notes, for the payment of twenty five hundred dollars, and of the value of twenty five hundred dollars, one gold watch of the value of five hundred dollars, and one pair shoes of the value of fifteen dollars the paper writings of value money and property of William A. Wright,
