Super. Novr. 9th 1840 Sir: You will see by the included copy of a record of the County Court of Southampton held on the 22nd day of September 1840 that the estate of Nathaniel D. Lane is entitled to the sum of Four Hundred and fifty dollars. That being the sum of which Daniel was valued after his condemnation to be hanged on the 20th of October 1840.
