IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND. In addition to the cases referred to in my report of January 3, 1881, only one new suit has been instituted, to wit: Commonwealth vs. Tyler. The object of this suit is to recover of Tyler, former sergeant of Richmond city. the sum of about $2000, which it is alleged he improperly drew from the treasury on account of clothing for prisoners while confined in the jail of Richmond city. It is probable this case will be tried during the winter terms of the court. All of which is respectfully submitted. JAS G. FIELD, Attorney General.
