City of Norfolk, to wit: This day William G. Pitts personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace in and for the said City and made oath that the matters contained in the foregoing answers by him subscribed so far as they are stated to be of his own knowledge, are true, and so far as he has heard them from others and declared his belief of them he does believe them to be true.
