Daniel & others v. Major S. Pitts' admr et al} In Chancery It appearing by the order made by Judge Jno B. Cloftion awarding an injunction this case bearing date on the 7th day of August last past, that the Sheriff of this county was ordered to hire out the complainants until end of the current year taking from the heir or heirs bond or bonds in the good security and in sufficient penalty with consideration to pay the hire and to return the persons hired at the end of the term of hiring properly clothed unless lost without default of the hired - by consent of parties by their attorneys, and for reasons appearing to the court it is ordered that the sheriff of this county do hire out the complainants for the ensuing year upon the same terms and conditions prescribed in the said order.
