THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, To the Sheriff of Campbell County, Greeting: We command you to summon Samuel M Lamberth

to appear before the judge of our Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery of our County of Campbell, at the Court House, on the 1st day of our May term next, to testify and the truth to speak in be half of German Jordan

in a certain matter of contreversy, then and there depending and undetermined between
