My wish is for my servants not to move on the said plantation until the Commencement of New Year, but be hired out by James Young, on them conditions, the Money arising from the Hire of said Servts for the time they may be hired out by James Young. Will be hereafter disposed of by Me, If Jas Young is not Willing to take this business in hand my wish is for the County Court of Halifax to appoint some good Man to act as is requisted of James Young. Item 14th. It is my Wish and desire that James Young, or the person that May undertake to do the said business or cause the same to be done, as I have directed shall at the compleating of the said Work & settling the said servants on the land, and furnishing them. What I have herein named for them. He the said James Young shall be paid out of the ballance of the Money, which is may be remaining of the Sum Money herein appropriated Three Hundred Dollars, for his services and if there is not a sufficient balance to pay the said James Young for his services it is My Wish for him to be paid out of any moneys belonging to my Estate. My Wish and desire is that James Young or the person who dose the business herein requested by Me: Make out his account of money expenced and return the same with the Money if there is any remaining after Completing the Work, and settling the said servants on their land & furnishing them as requested by me, to my Exor hereafter named, or to the Clerks Office, or which he may think proper. Item 15th. It is my Wish and desire that all my Money which may belong to my Estate after a final settlement of my business be put out at Lawful interest and my Brother James P Vass & Sisters Mary Boyd, Elizabeth Shapard & Apphia Ewing draw the interest yearly during their life & if either one of my sisters should die without leaving a lawful heir of her body, it is my wish that the said Interest be drawn by my surviving Sisters & Brother & their heirs and at the death of my brother, and all my sisters, that is herein named, it is my Wish and desire that there be an Equal division made between my brother James P Vass's Children and my sisters Elizabeth Shapards and Apphia Ewings children to them and their heirs forever. Item 16th. My desire is that my Exor hereafter named appropriate out of any money belonging to my Estate the necissary amount money to Wall in the Grave Yard where my father, Mother, Brother, and other Relations are buried. I wish the said Wall to be builded out of the best & nices Rock that can be procured, and all of the work that is to be done, My wish is for it to be done in the first rate Workmanlike Manner and that the said undertaker to receive his pay for such work at a fair price.
