Oct 10th 1855 Your com'r at the request of Mr Wood Bouldin one of the counsel in the cause reports specially that Jacob spoken of in the foregoing report is aged about forty five years and is married to a slave - that Merriwether is aged about thirty two years and is also married to a slave and that Patsey is aged about fifty five years and has no children. Your com'r. further reports that the said Matilda is aged about thirty years - that she is the mother of three children as stated in the foregoing report and that she is Married to a free Man.
