The Court doth therefore further adjudge, order, and decree that one of the Commissioners of the Circuit Court of Franklin County do ascertain the amount of the share of Cornutts Estate which belonged to the representatives of the Mother of the said Anderson McCormack, and to whom the same belonged, whether to her Children or to her husband, and make report thereof to this Court. And the Court doth further adjudge, order, and decree that the same Com'r do take an account of all payments, if any made by the said Anderson McCormack or his brother and sister to William McCormack on
