Bennett vs Royall } This cause came on this day to be heard on the original and amended bills of Francis L. Royall [illegible] answers exhibits and examinations of witnesses and was argued by counsel, on consideration the Court doth adjudge order & decree that the injunction awarded the plaintiffs on the 22nd December 1840 to injoin the defendants James S. Easley Francis L Royall and John B Royall from making any sale under the deed of trust in the proceedings mentioned be made perpetual and that the defendant Francis L. Royall do pay to the plaintiffs their costs about the prosecution of their suit in this behalf expended.
