said account has somewhat the appearance of his wording I have seen. I am not very well acquainted with Wm Royall's writing. I cannot say positively it is his. The Signatures of Wm Royall, Francis L Royall & Eliza M Shelton I believe all to be in their proper hand writing. I believe the writing on the back of the book to wit "Negro Trade book Commenced in Virginia March 1st 1836" is in the hand writing of Wm Royall. The body of the receipts and agreement in said book are in the hand writing of Francis L Royall. & farther this deponent saith not.
