Mr. Francis L Royall Take Notice that on Wednesday the 1st day September next: Between the hours of 8 A.M. & 5 Oclock P M. of that day at The Tobacco Factory of William M Cabaniss in Halifax County Virginia I shall proceed to take the deposition of John Ferrell & others to be read as evidence in a Suit depending in The Circuit Superior Court of Law & Chancery for Halifax County Virginia in which my self & wife admr & amanx of Abner C Shelton decd. are plaintiffs & Your self are defendants and If then taking of said depositions should not be completed on that day I Shall Continue the taking of the Same from day to day thereafter untill Completed.
