To the Honorable Creed Taylor judge of the Superior Court of Chancery for the Lynchburg district. Your orator Peregrine Echols - By way of amendment to a bill filed by him in this honorable Court against James & Augustine Leftwich, Executors of Thomas Leftwich decd. Your orator respectfully represents that since the filing of the original bill, James Flannigan has departed this life intestate, that since his death Samuel Mitchell has taken administration of his estate under an order of the County Court of Bedford & given Bond & security according to law, your orator prays that the said Samuel Mitchell administrator of James Flannigan may be made a party defendant to his aforesaid bill and that He be compelled to answer the same & for such other and further relief &c & may it please your honor to amend process &c J.
