Young Elegant This superior draught horse will stand the ensuing season at the following places viz. at my house, at Middletown at Philip Bakers in Shenandoah, upon the following terms, single [Cap?] $1.50 to be paid at the time of service, or $2 will be charged. for the season $3. to be paid on the 1st of July next or $4 will be charged for insurance $5 - to be paid as soon as the mare is known to be in foal. Irregular attendance at the stand or parting with the mare will be considered a forfeiture of the insurance Young Elegant was sired by Borden's Elegant and his dam was by Chester Ball, a combination of qualities for draught are united in him rarely t[o] be met with - The season commences on the 1st April and terminates on the 1st July next Isaac F Hite
