This is to certify that at regular meeting of Cedar Creek Council No [blank] held March the 30th Br Isaac F Hite was elected a delegate, and Br Jos P Mahany alternate, to the county conventions to be held in Winchester the 31st inst for selecting the candidate to represent this county in the Legislature and that the delegate be instructed to vote for Messers George W Ward and H T Baker as the choice of this council. And also to vote in the county convention, ([illegible] the 31st inst) for a delegate to the state convention, to be held in Winchester sometime in April. Teste Geo W Allen, President
