the said Commissioners are hereby directed before they make a division of the Amount of Sales of such slaves belonging to the Estate of Richard Williams deceased to Mary Williams for life, in as much as it is likely some of the said Slaves will be of no Value to let the keeping of the said slaves for life to the lowest bidder, and deduct the Amount from the whole Amount of Sales before they make distribution of the Amount of sales as before directed, and make report of their proceedings in Order to a final decree.
