The undersigned special court in the above named suit, to make sale of a lot of land & improvements, thence in the town of West Point; which sale was made and report of the same was also made to the court; respectfully make a further report; Janr Court has paid to R. B. Fairholt by order of R. L. Henley personal representative of V. P. Junes, the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars; yr comr has not the suit for the same, amt sd Henley has acknowledged the same to your comr & also yr comr files, a suit of H. R.
