Thompson a refunding bond with good security in a penalty of double the amount decreed to him on account of Smith Thompsons transactions as executor of J. North dec'd conditioned to pay his late wife proportion of all such debts as shall hereafter be recovered against the estate of the said Jno. [John] North decd and the costs attending with recovery, if such bond shall be required by said Ferguson.

The parties interested in the foregoing, will please take notices, that I have appointed Tuesday the 2nd day of next month (Feb:) for commencing the duties directed in the above Order of the Court: On which day at 11' Oclock A.M. they are required to attend before me at Darvill's Old Store in said County, with such documents & proof, and office copies of such of the court papers as may be necessary to enable a full compliance with all the directions, of the foregoing Order.
