fourth & last, on or before the 1st day of December 1820 Now if the said James B Ferguson his ex'ors or adm'rs shall fail to pay to the said William Bolling his ex'or adm'r or assigns the aforesaid bonds as they shall respectively become due then & in that case it shall be lawful of the said George W Payne & Nicholas M Vaughan or either of them or their legal representatives to make sale of so much of the aforesaid property (at the request of the said William Bolling his ex'or, adm'r or assigns as will be sufficient to pay off & discharge whatever sum may be due on all or either of the aforesaid bonds & all costs & expenses incident to advertising & making the sale. Provided that in all cases previous notice shall be given of any sale by virtue of these presents by advertising the same one month in some Newspaper printed & published in the City of Richmond In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands & seals the day & year first above written. This Indenture of trust was presented in court and acknowledged by James B Ferguson, George W Payne, Nicholas M Vaughan & William Bolling parties thereto to be their acts & deeds and ordered be recorded. Teste Wm Miller C.G.C. Received this 1st day of December 1828 payment in full of the debt secured by the forgoing Deed of Trust Wm Bolling
