Citty County are justly indebted and bound unto Mr Richd Bland President of the Sd County Court in ye Penall Sum of fifty thousand pounds of tobaco to the true paymt whereof to the said Richd Bland his executor or assigns we bind us and either of us our and either of our heirs executrs and administr firmly by these prsents as wittness our hands and seales this 9th day of January 1699

The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Mary Williames doe and shall well justly lawfully and faithfully adminisrs the goods and chattells of John Williames late of this county decd
deale therein in all points as as the law reqrs then this obligatione to be voyd else to be in full force & virtue
