This depondant deposeth & say- eth that on the thirteen of January 1804 he swaped a negro boy named Sam with a certain Richard Oldham, which Boy he the said deponant told Oldham was defective & had laboured under the disease for a number of years which complaint was something like the piles but did not think it was in consequence of its being much worse.
