The Commonwealth of Virginia To the Sheriff of Brunswick County Greeting-- You are hereby commanded to take Charles Oldham if he be found in your Bailiwick and him safety keep so that you have his body before the Judges of our Superiour Court held at Brunswick Court house on the first day of the next Court to answer William Mason of a plea of Trespass on the Case. Damage five hundred Dollars.
