(York Deeds No. 7, p. 63) They also gave a deed for two lots in Yorktown to John Hay Bryan dated February 18, 1793. This transaction was also as a result of the same lawsuit.

This John4 Burcher died before the 1810 Census and Elizabeth Burcher gave to the enumerator the information about her family. It shows that there were three children:

John4 Burcher and his wife, Elizabeth Garrow Burcher, were parties in a lawsuit August 7, 1792 relative to the estate of Robert Hay, a kinsman.
