I think you informed me there was about $1056.00 coming to my wife one half due April 1859, one half remaining April 1860, and the rest in 1861 - I suppose there is a little of the principal with the interest for nearly one year of the first payment due as yet, you stated I think there would be some tax to be paid I hope you will attend to it, and if you have not yet sent the money due us in April 1860 please attend to it as I will need it to pay for the land I have purchased. We are getting along as usual our health is very good. Remember us to all the kind friends.
