At a monthly  Court held [illegible] (Hatter) a native of [blank space as if word erased] who migrated to the United States of America between the fifteenth day of June 1798 and the twenty seventh day of April 1802 this day appeared in Court and proved to the satisfaction of the Court that he is a person of good moral character attached to the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same and also that he has resided within and under the jurisdiction thereof for at least ten years, and one year last preceding within this Commonwealth, and having taken the oath required by an act of Congress entitled and act to establish an uniform rule of naturalization and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject he is admitted a citizen of the said United States of America
