The executors of Mrs. Susan Wayt decd.    Will pay to John Bridget a man of color [illegible] by the last will and testament of said testatrix, or to John B. Baldwin for him, all such moneys as he is entitled to under said will, and over which a discretionary power for his use and benefit has been thereby confirmed on me in the character of trustee- and the receipt of the said John Bridget or of said John B. Baldwin for him, shall be a [said?] acquaintance for the moneys aforesaid. Witness my hand. this 13th. day of January, in the year 1845-
