The executors of Mrs. Susan Wayt decd.

Will pay to John Bridget, a man of color manumitted by the last will & testament of Said testatrix, or to John B. Baldwin for him, all such moneys as he is entitled to under Said will, & over which a discretionary power for his use & benefit has been thereby conferred on me in the character of trustee & the receipt of the Said John Bridget, or of said John B. Baldwin for him, shall be a good acquitiance [acquaintance] for the moneys aforesaid. Witness my hand,. this 13th. day of January, in the year 1845.
