In the name of God amen I Andrew Gibson being sick and weak in body but in perfect sence and memory the Lords name be praised for it Doe make this my last will & testament as followeth -
First. I bequeath my souls to God almighty who I hope is my saviour & my redeemer & my body to the earth to be [illegible] buryed.
Secondly. I give to my sonn & daughter Buckner two negroes by name [Kofce?] and Janine.
Thirdly. I give to my sonn & daughter Buckner my silver Flagon.
Fourthly. I give unto Alexander Doniphan junr. one mare & her increase forever.
Fifthly. Give unto Anne Doniphan one mare & her increase forever.
Sixthly. I give unto Mary Mountjoy Allen Mountjoys wife twenty shillings to buy her a ring.
Seventhly. I give unto my son Starke's two children twenty shillings a peace to buy [illegible] a ringe.
Eighthly. I give unto my [Cozn.?] John Kildemore one mare.
Ninthly. I give all the rest of my negroes & mulattoes & their increase unto my well beloved wife & to my son Thomas Gibson & his heirs forever.
Tenth. I give unto my well beloved wife & to my son Tho.Gibson all my estate of cattle & all my sheep & horses & mares & their increase unto them and ^to my sons heirs forever.
Eleven. I give unto my wife and my sonn Tho. Gibson all my goods within doors & without into them & my sons heirs forever.
Twelve. It is my will that all this estate shall be removed off the plantation without [y'd?] consent of both [illegible] & that it shall joyntly goe between [yn.?] as long as please God my wife shall live and after he decease than it is my will that the estate shall goe to my sonn & his heirs forever.
Thirteen. I give unto my wife and to my sonn my English woman.
Fourteen. It is my will that my sonn Tho. Gibson & my well beloved wife be Executors of this my will
