Know all Men by these presents that we William Story Gentn. and Joseph Turell Merchant both of Boston in the County of Suffolk Assignees of the debts & Estate of Messrs. Edmund Quincey Henry Quincey & Edmund Quincey junr. who are declared Bankrupt, in consideration of the sum of Thirty pounds thirteen shillings & four pence to us in hand paid by Harrison Gray of Boston aforesaid Esquire The receipt whereof We hereby acknowledge Have and and by these presents do Grant bargain and sell unto the said Harrison Gray a Negro woman named Silway aged about Thirty five years and her daughter Jane aged about three years part of the Estate of Edmund Quincey first named To have and to hold the same Negroes to the said Harrison Gray his heirs and assignes [assignees] forever free and Clear of all Incumbrances Witness our hands & Seals this fifteenth day of June anno Dom 1758 Willm: Story Jos.
