Muse stands justly indebted to Walter Healy in the sum of fifty five dollars with interest from this day, which by bond of this date more fully appears and also being indebted to Thomas Muse in the sum of twenty seven dollars and forty five cents with interest from 1st July 1835, which by bond dated on the 14th November 1835 more fully appears and the said Richard C. Muse being desirous of securing the payment of the said debts with the interest and all other costs which may accrue in consequence of the drawing and recording of this writing, which is made in order to effectually secure the payment of the said debts interest & costs - Now these
