Muse being desirous of securing the payment of the said debts with the interest and all other costs which may accrue in consequence of the drawing and recording of this writing, which is made in order to effectually secure the payment of the said debts interest & costs - Now these presents Witness that for and in consideration of the premises and for and in further consideration of the sum of one dollar to the said Richard C.
