I do not fully understand about the Bulletin, but suppose it to be a summing up of opinion and argument to be presented in printed form to the members of the Legislature as soon as it convenes. Neither am I sure that the enclosed is what you want, but infer you wish an official announcement of the fact that the Va-Fed has endorsed the movement. Hope I am doing what will meet your requirement & will be of some help |
