My dear Mary: Your letter has just reached me -My influence is so small as to be entirely negligible, but you do not desire the college more ardently than do I some adequate legislation for the care of the feeble minded. For this cause I have been working & studying these twenty years & nothing else seems to me so vital. I dare not divide my tiny strength. I can only ask so much - and all I ask even all I talk about to any legislator who will listen to me must be for this my cause - You who are so wholly devoted to your dream will understand, as only dreamers can. God prosper you in your work. It is indeed a noble one. Yrs Always cordially K. P. Minor
