Dear Friend:-

    Will you not , in spite of the hot weather, kindly send at your earliest convenience the corrected list of (1) the names and the addresses of the officers of your suffrage association association; (2) the present number of members in your association.
    It is occasionally necessary to remind the local suffrage associations that the National  headquarters is their Headquarters, as that without their help in the little matters of routine like this it is impossible for us to make our central office service efficient and up to date.
