                                Regret cannot come. Wish you success. There is no sound
            argument against woman suffrage, and Virginia should not be behind in
            a movement endorsed by the best thought of the civilized world. I fail
            to see the danger of the Federal Amendment. The women of our day can be
            trusted to elevate the balance above the danger of negro dominancy.
