In 1926 the Equal Suffrage League of Virginia presented to the State of Virginia all of its remaining banners and flags, and these are now on display in the Capitol as articles of historic interest.

Now we have the opportunity of compiling a history of the work done for woman suffrage in our State for the historical archives and we feel sure that you will be glad to contribute any items of interest or any data you may have or can get in connection with the work done for suffrage in Amherst.
