$20 20 40 Know all men by these presents That We Charles Barret & of Louisa County am held and firmly bound unto James Michie of the County aforesaid in the penal sum of Forty Dollars to be paid to the said James Michie or his Successor in office. For payment of which we bind ourselves our Joint and Several heirs executors and Administrators firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 8th day of December One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ten The Condition of this obligation are such that whereas the said James Michie one of the Overseers of the Poor for Louisa County By an Indenture of equal date with this Obligatino hath as an appuretnance bound the sid Jane Kenny to the said Charles Barret. Now so it is If the said Charles Barret etc. or either of them shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid to teh said Jane Kenny as her freedom dues whenever her service expires.
