The National American Woman Suffrage Association was organized in 1869. It has done consecutive educational work for fifty years in every state in the union. For forty years it has worked for both state and federal action, and in policy has always been non-partisan and non-militant. Results of its work Women have full suffrage in fifteen states, partial in twenty-nine states. 15,500,000 women may vote for the next president of the United States. Laws protective of women in the home and in industry have been immeasurably improved in most states.
