ARTICLE III. MEMBERSHIP.

Section 1. The members of the Virginia League of Women Voters shall be women voters and prospective women voters of Virginia. Sec. 2. The members are organized in their several localities into local leagues. In places where there are no local leagues there may be individual State members.
