The Complainants will please take notice that at 5 oClock P.M. on thursday the 3rd of October 1844, at the residence of Edward Sheehy in the Town of Alexandria D.C. the deposition of Ann Sheehy a very infirm witness, will be taken, de bene esse, before me, to be read in evidence in the above cause, when you are requested to attend and to put interrogatories if you think proper, the said deposition to be taken for Bridget McLaughlin, defendant
