Preston, Virginia Preston, Thomas G. Preston, Jas. Woodside, husband of the late Julia Preston, now deceased; John Thomas Woodside Preston, Kurtz Woodside, (children and heirs of the late Julia Woodside, formerly Julia Preston,) all of the above named being the heirs at law of Thomas Preston; James Keith Thos. R. Keith, Margaret Keith, Jane A C. Keith, Anderson R.. Keith, and Catharine C. Keith, they being the heirs of James Keith, Sen. - Defendants. The Defendants, John Saunders Preston, George Washington Preston, Jas. Keith, Anderson R. Keith, and Catharine C. Keith, not having entered their appearance, and given security according to the statute and the rules of the Court, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said John S. and George W. Preston; James, Anderson R. and Catharine C. Keith, are not inhabitants of the District of Columbia, on the Complainants’ motion, it is ordered, that they appear here on or before the first day of the next term, answer the Complainants’ bill, and give security for performing the decrees of the Court; and that a copy of this order be forthwith published in the Alexandria Gazette for two months successively, and another copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of the said county.
