The Commonwealth of Virginia, To the Sheriff of Campbell County, Greeting: We command that you summon Edmund Roper Jackson [Galle ? Hailey] Thomas [? Poinsette] and William A Clement

to appear before the Judge of our Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for the County of Campbell, at the Court House on the 2nd day of the next April term of said Court, to testify and the truth to say in behalf of Armistead Long
