and that said George W. Perkins should be relieved of his said trust, the Court do further find from said Master's report that the complainant has in his hands two thousand nine hundred and Seventy three dollars in cash, that said Complainant purchased 177 acres of Land in Section 29, Township 2 Range 14 lots 5 & 6 in Gallia County, Ohio for the sum of 1400$ and that the personal property in the last mentioned premises, amounts to about six hundred dollars, making in all $4973. The Court do therefore order, adjudge and decree that Isaac R Calohan be appointed trustee (in the room and stead of the said George W. Perkins, to carry out all and singular the trusts and conditions of the last Will and testament of Craddock Vaughn late deceased of Halifax County, Virginia, and that he give bond and security in the sum of ten thousand dollars for the purposes aforesaid, that said George W. Perkins pay over to said Isaac R. Calohan trustee as aforesaid on his giving bond and security as aforesaid all moneys claims &c. now in his possession or which may come into his hands and that he convey said premises and personal property, aforementioned to said Isaac R. Calohan in trust aforesaid within sixty days from the rising of this Court and that out of the trust funds in his hands he pay the costs and expenses of this suit. And thereupon the said Isaac R. Calohan with Robert Black and John Heisner his securities executed their bond to the Satisfaction of the Court, in the sum of ten thousand dollars conditioned for the performance of the trust and conditions mentioned in the last will and testament of Craddock Vaughn late of Halifax County, Virginia, dec'd. Costs: Clerk's fee 12.28 Shff Fees 4.23 Master Com'r fees 2.00 $18.51 The State of Ohio, Gallia County &c.} I, Joseph Drouillard Clerk, of the Court of Common Pleas of said County, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of the decree of said Court, in said cause, at Said November Term, and also of the amount of costs in said Cause.
