Roark vs Decree May term 1858 - Major

   This cause came on this day to be further heard on the papers formerly read the report

of Comr. Terry made in parsuance of the order of the May term 1856 with exceptions thereto both by the plaintiff and the defendant and examination of witnesses had since the last hearing and was argued by counsel on consideration whereof the Court without passing upon said exceptions doth recommit the said report to Comr. N. T. Green Jr with instructions to him to examine said report and exceptions and reform the said report in such manner as he may deem right And the Court doth further order that the said Comr. do take an account of the indebtedness of Eleanor Compton at the time that the defendant sold the negroes in the proceedings mentioned - and an account of the assets of the said estate existing at the same time - and in taking said accounts the said Comr is directed to discriminate between debts due by said decedent by bond judgements and open accounts - And the said -
