Comr. is also directed to enquire what is the cost of taking a negro from the county of Halifax Va. to the state of Georgia for sale - particularly such Negroes as Melvina & child and Mima - And that he do also take an account of the present value of the said slaves and their increase if any both in the state of Georgia and in Halifax County Virginia - * and an account of the hires of the said negroes, from the day of sale aforesaid until the time of taking the same.
