This cause came on this day to be heard upon the bill, and answer
of Samuel B Major administrator with the will annexed of Eleanor Compton decd. and [illrg] and was argued bu counsel on consideration whereof the court* doth adjudge order and decree that the defendant Samuel B Major do render an account of his administration of the estate of said Eleanor Compton before one of the Commissioners of this court who is directed to state, examine & settle the same and report the same to this court.
