Roark by &c vs Samuel B Major admr. &c } Decree May term 1856 This cause came on this day to be heard upon the bill, and answer of Samuel B Major administrator with the will annexed of Eleanor Compton decd.and [illeg] and was argued by Counsel on consideration whereof the court * not at this time passing on the question whether the slaves were rightly sold or not doth adjudge order and decree that the defendant Samuel B Major do render an account of his administration of the estate of said Eleanor Compton before one of the Commissioners of this court who is directed to state, examine & settle the same and report the same to this court.
