[left side of page] and other relief as may consist with equity May it please the Court &c Millson [illegible] The Answer of Thos. Williams to the Bill of Complaint exhibited against him and others by Wm N Ivy in the County Court of Norfolk.  This defendant admits the allegations of the said Bill to be true and has no objection to the appointment of a new trustee in place of Henry S Allmand decd the former trustee.  Having thus signed and acknowledged before me Thomas his X mark Williams  John T Kempe The Joint Answer of John Allmand, wm H. Allmand, Louisa Allmand & Elizabeth Allmand heirs at Law of Henry S Allmand decd to the Bill exhibited against them & others by Wm N Ivy.  These defendants know nothing of the transactions spoken of in the said bill and have no objection to the appointment of a new trustee.  Having thus answered, they prayed to be hence dismissed with &c Wm H Allmand Louisa Allmand Elizabeth Allmand Jno. Allmand  The Joint and Several answer of Albert, Honoria and John Allmand Jr, Mary, Edward, & Emmeline Tabb, infants under the age of 21 years by Arthur Emmerson, their guardian assigned them by the Court to defend them in this suit, to the Bill exhibited against them and others by Wm N Ivy, in the County Court of Norfolk  The said defendants say that they know nothing personally of the transactions stated in the Bill & submit to the Court, to make [text on right side of page] such decree as may be seen proper.  Having thus answered &c  Arthur Emmerson guard ad litem  At a Court held for Norfolk County the 20th day of Jany 1845.  Wm N. Ivy pltff agt. Thomas Williams, Robert E Taylor admr of the said Henry S Allmand, John Allmand Wm H Allmand, Louisa and Elizabeth Allmand, Albert, Honoria and John Allmand Jr, Mary, Edward and Emmeline Tabb the last six infants.  Defts  This cause came on by consent this day to be heard upon the bill and exhibits filed and answers of the defendants Williams, Jno W H Louisa, Elizabeth Honoria Albert and John Allmand Jr, Mary Edward, Emeline Tabb, the last six by Arthur Emmerson who is appointed by the Court their Guardians to defend the in this suit and was argued by Counsel.  On Consideration whereof the Court doth adjudge under and decree that John S Millson be appointed trustee in place of Henry S Allmand dec the trustee appointed by the said deed from said defendant Williams to secure to the said Wm N. Ivy in the proceedings mentioned with full power and authority to fulfill the trusts thereby created and in all respects to do what the said Henry S Allmand decd the prior trustee was thereby empowered or required to do.  Copies teste Arthur Emmerson [appearing on right margin of right page] In chancery
