Tabby vs Smith} Decree Sept. 30th 1849 This cause, in which the [illegible] awarded against the defendants James M. Jackson and the President & Directors of the Farmer's Bank of Virginia appears to have been duly sowed and more than two months having elapsed since the return day thereof and they not having returned their appearance and answered came on this day to be heard upon the Bill Answers of the other defendants exhibits and examinations of witnesses and was argued by Counsel. On consideration whereof hte Court doth adjudge order and decree that the Injunction awarded the Plff the 13. October 1846 injoining the defs. JOhn H. Smith from removing or in any manner permitting or causing the girl mentioned in the Bill named Grace to be removed out of this Commonwealth be disposed. That the Bill be dismissed and that the plff pay to teh defts. JOhn H. Smith Patrick Jackson and Arch: Vaughan their costs by them about their defense in this behalf expended.
